Write to support@whoswhere.net. A real person reads it — usually within a day.
Every event, message, photo and profile has a Report action in the app. Moderators act within 24 hours: content can be hidden or removed, and accounts warned, suspended or banned. You can also Block anyone — you won’t see each other any more, and they won’t be told.
If something of yours was hidden or your account was restricted and you think that’s wrong, email us with your name in the app and what happened.
Delete your account from Me → Settings → Delete account, or on the deletion page without the app. To get a copy of your data, email us — see the privacy policy.
