Version 2026-09 · applies from 6 September 2026
Who’s Where (“the app”) is a non-commercial project run by a private individual (see privacy policy for contact details). By signing in you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old. One person, one account. You sign in with your Google or Apple account and are responsible for what is posted from it.
Anyone can report content or a person. Moderators may hide or remove content, reset profile fields, and warn, suspend or ban accounts. Content reported by three different people is hidden automatically until reviewed. Decisions can be appealed at support@whoswhere.net.
The app does not handle payments. If an event is marked paid, that is only a note from the host; any money changes hands between people, outside the app, and the app is not a party to it.
You keep the rights to what you post. You give the app permission to show it to other signed-in users as the app is designed to. Photos posted in an event chat become part of that event’s shared album, visible to its participants.
The app helps people find each other; it does not check who anyone is. Use common sense when meeting someone new: public places, tell a friend. The app’s operator is not responsible for what happens at events.
You can delete your account any time in the app or on the deletion page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. The project may be closed; users will be told in the app in advance and can export or delete their data.
The app is provided as is, free of charge, by a private person. To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty and no liability for damages arising from its use or unavailability.
